The Witches Cupboard - Monthly Subscription Box

Due to the numerous requests - we've finally bitten the bullet and have created our monthly Subscription Box - aptly named The Witches Cupboard.

Not another pagan/witchcraft subscription box you say? Well, actually, we agree. There are already some fantastic subscription kits out there - but we think ours provides something that is currently missing. Firstly - ours has been created by guys - but not just for guys. Our kits are ideal for those of any gender or orientation. This was one of the main reasons of us creating this box (along with all your emails and messages). The second focus, was that we wanted to create a subscription box that people would actually use. 

Having been members of various subscription boxes over the past few years, we've found that we are left with items that we just didn't want. For instance, we have no use for a vast collection of pin badges, copious amounts of 'exclusive artwork', printed bags, t-shirts, beans and other apparel! Very much aimed at the younger community, we wanted to create something that would benefit witches, pagans, wiccans, shamans and druids of any age and from any tradition.

The minimum retail value of our box each month is £45 - saving you at least £15 per month if you were to buy the items seperately. Whilst we do have some 'exclusives' in the monthly boxes and because we are giving witches everywhere the chance to stock up on their magical supplies - if there is something in the box that you've run out of - you can purchase items singularly in our Online Shop.


Subscription Boxes are sent out between the 6th and 9th of every month. If you subscribe after this date, you will be sent the Subscription Box from the next month.

Of course! The best thing to do is to contact us via our Contact Form or simply chat to us using the live chat at in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. We'll work with you to find out why things aren't working and get you set up to start your subscription.

All of our subscription boxes are dispatched between the 6th and the 9th of each month. Usually it takes 3-5 business days for UK customers to receive their boxes. International deliveries can take anywhere between 10-21 business days. We'd love to be able to speed this up but unfortunately we cannot control the mail service (even with a little speed spell!)

If you've just subscribed and it happens to be before the 6th of the month, you will receive that months subscription box. If you subscribe after this date, you will automatically receive your subscription box from the following month. We use PayPal to take the monthly fees from your account. These come out each month on the same date that you originally signed up on. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, subsequent payments will come out on the 15th of each month. 

If PayPal try to take funds from your account without success, they will try again in 5 days time. If that payment also then doesn't go through they will attempt to take the funds one final time after another 5 days. If after the third try PayPal are unsuccessful then your subscription will automatically be cancelled. Rest assured that you can re-subscribe anytime you like by visiting this page and using the subscribe above.

Normally we ask customers to allow 7-10 working days for UK deliveries and sometimes upto 3 weeks for international deliveries. Sometimes items can be held with your local sorting office if they have tried to deliver and no-one was at home or there wasn't anywhere safe to leave your parcel - in most of these cases, a calling card is left asking you to contact your local office to arrange for a re-delivery or to collect the item. Subscription boxes that are being sent within the UK are sent by 2nd class post. All international deliveries are sent via Standard International Air Mail. Please note that NONE of our parcels are sent tracked or come with a tracking number due to the astronomical cost of this service. We do however have proof of postage for all items sent. This means that we can claim for missing parcels after a certain period of time from the date of dispatch has passed. If you think your parcel has been lost, please do not hesitate to contact us using our Contact Form us dropping us a message using our Live Chat app found in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

If you'd like to change the date in which your subscription payment is due, the only way this can be done is if you un-subscribe and then re-subscribe on the date that you wish your payments to be taken.

All Witches Cupboard Subscription Boxes are sent to the corresponding postal address that you have inputted on PayPal. If you'd like to change the address of where the parcel gets sent to, please change the address under the 're-occuring payments' section of your PayPal account.

Unfortunately it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they cancel their subscription before they are posted out. We cannot give refunds if payment has been taken for a subscription box. You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking here.

Most of the items in our boxes can be purchased seperately from our Online Store. Some items are purely 'exclusive' however we have tried not to do this as people may want to purchase extra bits from their box to 'top up' their supplies. Past subscription boxes may be available to purchase in the Online Shop but these are limited.
